My 4 Week Starter is for people looking to get healthy and those who want to reestablish their good health. Some first-timers only need a little push and then they’re off and running. While other people were healthy in the past, but fell off the wagon, and are now struggling to get back on. They start off every week raring to go, but something breaks the momentum. Sometimes not even making it through the day one!

If this sounds like you, then my 4 Week Starter will be a good fit. I focus on re-exciting you. Building back up your enthusiasm and relighting the fire in your belly. Coaching sessions will include fresh tips and strategies to lessen the perceived tedium. We’ll develop new meal plans, exercise routines, and motivational tactics. The goal is to make reclaiming your good health feel exciting and new.

Where do we begin?

So whether it’s your first attempt at good health or your first step back, we’ll start by examining where you’re at. If you’ve never been healthy before, we’ll uncover changes you never thought you could make. It can be as simple as adding more protein to your diet or looking at food differently, seeing it as fuel for your body, not just as “good” or “bad.” But whatever we decide, we want to get you doing it right away.

For people who are familiar with diet and nutrition, we’ll examine what worked for you in the past and what didn’t. It’s likely something went amiss. Some diet styles aren’t sustainable; they’re too restrictive. You might have been over exercising. Or life stress could have done you in. It doesn’t matter the reason, we’ll pick it apart and resemble a quick action plan.

I don’t want you to linger. Our goal is to get you going fast. The sooner you start, the sooner we can build up your enthusiasm.

Cutting through the clutter?

Life moves at a fast pace. It doesn’t stand still while we figure out how to live better. You might have a great idea to kick off your best health, but then out of nowhere something happens. That something could be problems at work, stress at home, getting sick, whatever. Often it can be as small free doughnuts. Stress and temptation can muck up any good plan. We have to mitigate that.

So while you’re on my 4 Week Starter, you’ll need to learn how to shut out the things that can sabotage you. Yes. Bagel day at work is very tempting, but so reaching a smaller pants size, or having more energy. And reducing stress through meditation is better than lashing out at a family member. A big part of my 4 Week Starter is finding activities and developing systems that reduce stress. We’ll discover those together.

Keeping stress at bay pays huge dividends when you’re looking to make changes in your life. Rebuffing the things that knock us off track makes us stronger and more confident.
